Copyright & Licensing
Photographers and content creators are protected under international copyright law.
As the photographer who creates the images is the immediate owner of all intellectual property associated with the image, it is the client’s right to obtain usage rights from the photographer, depending on what that usage might be.
National ad campaigns with multi-million dollar budgets have a very different licensing structure than local professionals looking to use their photos on signage or their website.
For more information on how you can use your images, information on licensing, or any other questions, please send us an email.
